Reconfigure a Gateway

  1. Go to the 'Devices' tab
  2. Click on the  icon of the gateway
  3. Choose the 'Reconfiguration' option
  4. Choose whether the internet connection is to be enabled via an 'Ethernet' cable or 'Wi-Fi' (If the gateway has Ethernet support)
  5. If Wi-Fi is chosen, enter the SSID, security type and password
  6. If the gateway is to be configured as an 'Enterprise gateway' , choose the option 'Enterprise' from security type
    1. Choose the type of Authentication and Phase 2 authentication of the network to which the gateway is being connected
    2. Enter the user identity, password and anonymous identity if it exists
    3. Download the Identity and Trusted certificates if needed

Note: The certificates must be uploaded to server before configuring the gateway to communicate with the enterprise network successfully
