Verify the communication of Gateway with the Cloud

  1. Go to the 'Devices' tab
  2. Click on the  icon of the gateway
  3. Choose the 'Communication Diagnostics' option
  4. The diagnostics will start automatically as this page launches and the device will be in diagnostics mode for 2 min
  5. The app will display:
    1. The current status of the gateway as 'Connected' if it can communicate with cloud
    2. The last known IP address
    3. The final communication date and time
    4. Error code and description, in case of errors
