- Go to the 'Devices' tab
- Click on the icon of the gateway
- Choose the 'Communication Diagnostics' option
- The diagnostics will start automatically as this page launches and the device will be in diagnostics mode for 2 min
- The app will display:
- The current status of the gateway as 'Connected' if it can communicate with cloud
- The last known IP address
- The final communication date and time
- Error code and description, in case of errors
