Devices that are necessary for integrating Lumos Controls with BMS

Modified on Fri, 9 May at 2:19 AM

The necessary devices are:

Enor E

Enor E is an enterprise gateway providing cloud connectivity to your smart lighting network. The device comes with an Ethernet port and also supports zero-downtime Over-the-Air (OTA) firmware updates for mesh devices. It has a built-in RTC (Real Time Clock) that keeps the network date and time up to date even after a power outage or without cloud connectivity, ensuring uninterrupted scheduling

Iris E

Lumos Controls  Iris E facilitates the data flow between multiple Lumos controls BLE mesh networks and a BMS.  It helps to set up two-way communication between the BMS and Lumos controls mesh networks. This enables Lumos Controls devices to respond to commands from the BMS system and BMS components like HVAC to respond to triggers from Lumos Controls sensors

JACE box

The JACE® 8000 is a compact, embedded IoT (Internet of Things) controller and server platform for connecting multiple and diverse devices and sub-systems. With internet connectivity and web-servingcapability, the JACE 8000 controller provides integrated control, supervision, data logging, alarming, scheduling and network management. It streams data and rich graphical displays to a standard web browser via an Ethernet or wireless LAN, or remotely over the internet. Niagara Enterprise Security is an application that runs within the Niagara Framework® on the  JACE 8000. Niagara Analytics is a data analytics extension to  the Niagara Framework available on JACE 8000 controllers.
