User Privileges for Plug Load Controls

For commissioning Plug Load Control Device, create a new account or Sign in using the existing account.

Note: The account owner holds complete authority over the Lumos Controls account and all devices commissioned within it. 

Steps to create a new account is as follows:

1. A new account is to be created by the Admin user

2. Install the 'Lumos Controls' mobile app from Play store or App store

3. Click on 'Sign Up' option

4. Enter the username and email ID of the admin

5. Click on the 'Check' button to ensure that the entered username is unique in the system

6. Click on the option 'Verify E-mail' and an OTP will be sent to the email  ID

7. On the next page, enter the OTP, choose the country in which the solution is implemented, enter the password and then 

click on 'Create Account'

You can then login to your account from the login page with your username and password

Note: The Admin user has the option to create Sub-users and assign their access to devices in different buildings, floors, and zones. 

This structure ensures a secure, tailored, and user-centric control environment, while offering the flexibility to share limited access as needed.
