How to Integrate Lumos Controls with Amazon Alexa

Voice control provides a hands-free control point in today’s connected ecosystem. With the Lumos Controls App and

Control skill, you can control all your light devices. You can easily discover them, turn them ON/OFF, vary their

intensity, and even set them as warm or cool. All through voice commands with the help of Amazon Alexa.

Easy steps for getting started

1. Download Amazon Alexa app from Play Store or App Store

2. Create an account(personal account)

3. Proceed to the 'Home' page

4. Select the 'More' tab provided at the bottom which will open the 'More' page

5. Select 'Skills & Games' tab which will open the 'Discover Alexa'page

6. In the Search bar, type 'Lumos Controls'

7. Select 'Lumos Controls' and click on 'ENABLE TO USE'

8. This will redirect to a Login page

9. Enter the Lumos Controls account details - 'Username' and 'Password' of the account which has to be linked

Note: If the Username is lumosdevices, then enter the Username as lumosdevices@lumosdevices

10. Select the 'Customer Id' as 'Wisilica'

11. Click on 'Next'

12. Alexa will search for the devices and get linked

Note: Configure the Groups, Scenes, etc before linking the Lumos Controls account to Amazon Alexa
