Latency

Lumos Controls implementation of the BLE mesh system ensures that latency is never a problem in our lighting networks, no matter what the size of the installation is.

The details about the configurations like Scenes, Groups, Schedules etc. in a lighting network are saved on the control devices themselves. This means that even for large number of devices, the size of the BLE packets remain the same. Each BLE packets hops around the network for up to 5 times and then die down, which optimizes the circulation of BLE packets in the mesh.
